Dominik had been working as a freelancer selling his drawings, oil and acrylic paintings and sculptors until 2001 when he started to cooperate with a fantasy and sci-fi publishing house as a graphic artist.

He has since illustrated over a hundred books as well as doing cover illustrations for "Science Fiction Horror & Fantasy" magazine.
